'Enne aarkum Venda'

Yesterday a 12 year old said this to me in response to the question, "Hey I dont see you with your friends anymore! What happened?" 

Thats a heart breaking answer to hear from any child. 

There is a sudden vaccuum when you hear it. Awkward. Unsettling. Then a rush. You consciously try to liven up and find out more. 

And what can be done with knowing more? What?
